Messed up my order. I ordered a signature sandwich and the meat I wanted was beef. The cashier put on their beef, I know this because I saw it on my receipt. But when I opened my sandwich it was chicken. It was also too late because I was 5 miles down the road by time I started eating.
They're alright, they just need a little love. Seems like they've got a few newbies in the kitchen, so lunch rush had some hiccups. But it's a nice place, even with some of the bitchier customers. Good hearted employees. PS, don't whine about slow service like you could go somewhere else. Sit your broke ass down and be patient, stop stressing everyone else out.
Coming into this tiny parking lot is not easy. And getting out is worse. I only use the drive-thru, service is pretty swift. Food is good.
Since the remodel and rehire, it's been a mess. Always getting orders wrong and taking way too long to get your order. I'm here every few days and still no improvement in over a month. Most customer service is good.
Please DO NOT go to this McDonalds location especially on a week night. They were horribly understaffed. My cashier was not friendly, she scolded me for coming to the wrong window. It seems this location is problematic with unprofessional staff, poor service and never heated apple pies! No thanks Amelia. Keep going down 360 to another fast food selection.
