I requested a quote from the Amelia Southern States Propane department around the end of January beginning of February, Steve came out and seemed like a great person, he went into crawl space, took notes and seemed very optimistic about the job. I followed up a week after his visit but was told Steve was out of the office and they'd have him call me back. Two weeks later I followed up again, I was told he was attending a class and again I was told he would call me back. I made two additional attempts to get in contact always leaving a name and call back number. Today, March 13, 2017, I called back and spoke with the Manager Warren. I informed Warren I was no longer interested in having them complete said job because of my experience with them and would be filing several complaints including with the BBB.
