We have had birthday money stolen 2 times now from us. I don't know where the "thief" is, but this is utterly ridiculous. My niece's gift card was removed before her letter was delivered last year, now my daughter received a card without the money in it. The only thing in common was the Amelia Post Office. I can't begin to explain my anger at this and how ethically and morally wrong it is to take a child's gift. You have an issue at your location and I recommend cracking down on this dishonesty. I'll avoid mailing ANYTHING from Amelia in the future. I also plan on reporting this to the next level up and want a resolution.

Always a good experience! Staff is so helpful and accomadating.

Every time I have had to go to the Post Office, it's been a good experience. Excellent service!

Missed delivery for the second time in a month. Terrible carrier on my route

The older gentlemen that came to the counter to " help me" was so incredibly rude. I asked him if I could pick up a package that could have been delivered Friday. He didn't even ask my name, just flat out told me no because I didn't get a card yet. I can clearly see on my mail updates that this should have been delivered Friday but the office was closed. Then Saturday it could have been delivered but for whatever reason it wasnt. Today again, no package, so I came to pick it up. I don't see what harm it would have done him to check and see if it was pulled out. If my package is damaged because of the weather tomorrow, they will be replacing it.
